Hi everyone.  My name is Andrea Johnson-Regnier.  My dad was Trent Johnson.  I was just sent a link to this web site and was touched that you have a picture of him in your Memory section.  It means alot to me.

Dad passed away in October of 2000.  He left behind 4 kids and 2 grandkids.  He know has 6 grandkids.

If anyone would like to share a memory of my Dad with me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Bless you all,

Andrea

Hi Andrea.
I was saddened to hear of your dad's passing. Your Dad and I went through grammer & high school together. I remember he lived right across the street from Maddock grammer school in Burbank where we attended. We were both the same as far as liking to clown around more than study, causing us to attend summer school together also. LOL
Unfortunatley we lost touch after H.S. when your Dad went into the service.
I did see him one more time when I believe he was home on medical leave. Your Dad was always fun to be around. I'm sure he was a wonderful Dad.

HI ANDREA,
I PLAYED FOOTBALL ALONGSIDE YOUR FATHER AT REAVIS. HE PLAYED TACKLE AND I WAS AN END. I REMEMBER ONE PLAY WHEN YOUR DAD TACKLED A PLAYER WITH ONE HAND.WHEN HE CAME BACK TO THE HUDDLE HIS HAND WAS BLEEDING I LOOKED AT HIM AND HE JUST SMILED. IN THE 1967 YEARBOOK YOUR DAD IS MENTIONED AS ONE OF OUR BEST PLAYERS. HE SURE WAS THE TOUGHEST!
THE LAST TIME I SAW YOUR DAD WAS IN THE SCHOOL'S CAFETERIA WHEN HE WALKED IN WEARING HIS MILITARY UNIFORM AND THAT SMILE OF HIS. WE TALKED FOR A WHILE AND THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I SAW YOUR DAD.
HE WAS A GOOD GUY!

I delivered the Southtown Economist with your Dad and your Uncle Dave. Trent and I would race to see who could deliver the most papers. We rode in the back of your Uncle Dave's station wagon. He was a great guy and I am sure an outstanding Father. May you find peace and happiness with every memory.

Peace,

Chi

Hi Andrea,

I'm Jim Hynes and I'm a friend of your aunt Kathy.  I was a senior when your dad
was a freshman at Reavis.  Your dad used to hang out with me and some of my
friends near your grand parents house in Burbank.  Trent was always smiling and
making all of us laugh.  Sometimes it was below zero outside and I noticed he was
still the same.  Smiling and trying to make all of us laugh and forget how cold it
was.  Take care and I wish you and your family the best.
Jim

I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your father, he was a very good person. When we were young, your dad and I use to hang around alot and he was always fun to be with, quick with a smile and a joke. We use to talk about cars and sports, he was heading into the service and was looking forward to the challenge. Our football team had close to 100 players on it so we had a lot of time to wait between our turn to run plays or get yelled at  :)  to make up the time your dad use to play jokes on some of our teammates. I remember one time we were messing with Butch and he got mad at us, started to chase us all over the field, your dad and me ran into each other an fell over -  I can't remember another time I laughted so hard.
